Introduction

This blog is about applying science -physics in particular- in order to bring some reality to our understanding of the forces that drive our economy.
Several books have been written recently about economic forces and trends that have tried to use scientific knowledge such as energy production, distribution, and utilization into an economic discussion that is completely based on false understandings of the nature of the natural phenomena!
Therefore a discussion of the nature (physical and real) of these phenomena is of actual importance.
We will do our best to clarify scientific and technical concepts commonly used in economic literature.
